How To Cook Potato Salad With Eggs, Cream And Fresh Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato salad with eggs, cream and fresh garlic". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 1 bunch of green onions and fresh garlic (use only the green part of the garlic stalks for the salad)
  • 3 eggs
  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 3-5 tablespoons sour cream (you can replace with mayonnaise or vegetable fat)
  • 2-3 tablespoons capers
  • sol

 

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes and eggs until ready, wait for them to cool enough to peel them, then cut them (the potatoes into large cubes and the eggs finely or grate them).

Mix in a suitable bowl, add the finely chopped stalks of fresh garlic, green onions and a few tablespoons of sour cream or mayonnaise.

Add salt to taste and add the capers. If you prefer, you can sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Stir in the salad and serve.
