How To Cook Potato Soup With Cream And Mushrooms In A Bread Bowl - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato soup with cream and mushrooms in a bread bowl". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

8 potatoes
1 liter water
1 onion
300 grams mushrooms
1 / 2-1 bay leaf
cumin seeds
1/4 tea cup flour
2 teaspoons sour cream
salt to taste

dill for sprinkling

4 large loaves of black bread

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, pour water to cover them (about a liter) and place the dish on the stove. Add the cumin, bay leaf, finely chopped onion and cook the potatoes until cooked. Once completely softened, add the mushrooms (cut into pieces) and let them boil, stirring occasionally.
Mix the flour with the cream and add to the soup. Reduce the heat and let everything boil, stirring constantly, to avoid lumps and avoid burning.

Cut the top of the loaves (you may not cut completely), then carefully carve the inside to make "bowls". Spread the soup in them and place them for a few minutes in a well-heated oven.
Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

Enjoy your meal!
