Necessary products for two portions:

 

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 300 grams of cream cheese for spreading
  • 150 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 150 grams of diced ham
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 stalks of fresh oregano
  • 2 sprigs of basil
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel, wash the potatoes and cut them into sticks. Add salt and fry them in hot fat. Drain and distribute on a plate.

Heat 1-2 teaspoons of oil in which you fry finely chopped onions and diced ham. Pour the cream, add the cream cheese and fresh spices, finely chopped.

Stir, season with black pepper and garnish the potatoes with the resulting sauce. Sprinkle with yellow cheese and serve immediately.
