Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Heat the butter in a pan and fry them. Add salt, pepper, curry, saffron, smoked pepper and stir.
Pour the white wine and stew the vegetables for 10 minutes. Remove the lid, stir again and add the seeds.
Cook for another 4-5 minutes, pour in portions and serve warm potatoes, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
