3 egg whites
150 grams of powdered sugar
a pinch of vanilla
150 grams of butter
Method of preparation :
Beat the egg whites until you get a thick foam, gradually adding the powdered sugar and vanilla without stopping the whipping process.
Cut the butter into small pieces and leave at room temperature until soft.
When this happens, add them to the egg whites, beating constantly with a mixer on low speed.
