Learn how to cook "Puff pastry boats with potatoes, meat and cucumbers". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

1 kg of potatoes

400 grams of meat (any can)

1 large onion

3-4 small pickles

500 grams of puff pastry

1 egg (for spreading on boats)

50 grams of hard yellow cheese for sprinkling (optional)

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes and puree them, cut the meat into pieces, onions - into semicircles. Fry as follows: first the meat for 3 minutes on high heat, stirring constantly, then add the onion, stir again, reduce heat and simmer under the lid for another 10 minutes. Remove the lid and leave for about 4 minutes - let the juice evaporate a bit. Cut the cucumbers into semicircles.

Spread the dough, cut it into rectangles and put 2-3 spoons of mashed potatoes, meat and sliced cucumbers on them. Make an incision at the ends of the dough and "close" the boats so that the two holes "lie" on top of each other and the filling remains uncovered with dough. Shape by squeezing the edges to get a beautiful shape. Arrange in a pan and spread with beaten egg. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
