Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 liter of fresh milk
  • 70 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 ampoules of vanilla
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons natural starch
  • fruits of your choice for decoration
  • powdered sugar for decoration
  • funnel molds

 

Method of preparation:


Spread the dough and cut it lengthwise. Roll the strips from the narrow to the wide part of the forms so that a funnel is obtained.

Arrange in a pan lined with a sheet of parchment and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden. Cool and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat the milk mixed with the sugar and vanilla in a saucepan. In another bowl, beat the yolks, add 3-4 tablespoons of milk and starch.

After the first mixture boils, remove from the heat, add the butter, stir and pour the second. Stir vigorously until thickened.

Cool the cream and fill the puff pastry funnels with it. Garnish with fruit of your choice and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
