Required products :
500 grams of pumpkin
500 grams of green apples
3 tablespoons butter
150 grams of sugar
3 - 4 cloves
cardamom on the tip of a knife
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
vanillin
For the dough:
100 grams of butter
150 grams of sugar
150 grams of rusks (can with vanilla flavor)
Method of preparation :
Cut the peeled pumpkin into small pieces. Do the same with the apples.
Melt the butter in a suitable bowl and pour the fruit in it, after a few minutes add the sugar and spices. Let simmer until soft, stirring occasionally.
Make the dough. Stir in the melted butter and sugar until white.
Grind the rusks and add them to the sweet butter mixture. Stir well.
Grease a pan with oil and pour the fruit. Flatten the surface, distributing them evenly and place the dough on them.
Bake the dessert in a preheated oven to 170 - 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
You can serve the pumpkin-apple crumble both hot and cold.
