Necessary products:

 

for biscuits

 

  • 6 eggs
  • 150 grams of brown sugar
  • 150 milliliters of oil or melted butter
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon natural cocoa
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 300 grams of flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt
  • 5 grams of baking soda
  • peel of an orange, grated

 

for the filling

 

  • 250 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 100 grams of natural cream cheese
  • 100 grams of mascarpone

 

for decoration

 

  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 300 grams of soft butter
  • 1/4 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • orange food coloring
  • 100 grams of green fondant
  • brown food coloring

 

Method of preparation:

 

Beat the eggs mixed with the sugar, add the butter and stir. In a bowl, sift the flour, add the baking powder, yogurt combined with the soda, orange peel, cocoa and salt. Stir with a stirrer and add the liquid ingredients. Stir and pour the mixture into a cake pan, pre-oiled and floured. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling for dessert by whipping the cream into a fluffy cream and combining it with the mascarpone and cream cheese. Stir the mixture and fill a kitchen bag with it. Prepare the decoration. To do this, mix the butter with the milk, powdered sugar, vanilla and orange color.

Stir until the color is uniform. From the fondant form a handle and with the help of a brush paint in places with brown food coloring. Allow the item to cool and set. When the cake is ready, take it out and cut it in half.

 

Fill one part with the milk cream you prepared earlier and glue the two parts together.

 

Cut off the excess edges so that they do not interfere with you, decorating and making the shape more expressive.

 

Decorate with oily orange cream, smooth the rounded parts with a spoon.

 

Place the sugar handle on top and cool the cake for half an hour. Cut, serve and enjoy the taste!
