Learn how to cook "Pumpkin pudding with apples, dried fruits and cinnamon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 180 grams of raw pumpkin
  • 120 grams of apples
  • 45 milliliters of low-fat milk
  • egg white per 1 egg
  • 25 grams of oatmeal
  • 10 grams of raisins
  • 15 grams of dried apricots
  • cinnamon to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the raw pumpkin (cleaned of seeds and peeled) into cubes. Peel an apple, remove the core with the seeds and cut the fruit into thin slices.

Place the pot on a hot plate, pour a little water and pour the pumpkin and apple pieces. Then pour the milk and stew them until soft.

Then transfer to a blender and grind, pour the puree into a suitable container and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, finely grind the oats (use the blender again).

Pour boiling water over the raisins and dried apricots for a few minutes, then cut them into thin strips.

Mix the fruit puree with the oatmeal, add the dried fruit.

Beat the egg whites separately until they become a thick foam. Carefully pour in the remaining products.

Sprinkle with cinnamon (if you want a pudding of all-natural ingredients, do not use sugar) and transfer the mixture to a pan whose bottom you have previously greased.

Bake in the oven for about half an hour at a temperature of 150-180 degrees.

Suggestion: you can diversify the pudding by adding any nuts or poppy seeds soaked in fresh milk to the ingredients in the recipe.

Serve the dessert with honey, cream and fruit jam.
