Necessary products for two servings:

 

  • 2 quails
  • 1/2 tea glass of white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 4 potatoes
  • 300-400 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • olive oil, salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the potatoes until semi-finished, peel, cut into cubes and set aside. Season the meat with salt, pepper, oregano and saute it in hot fat.

After it changes color, pour the white wine, broth and add the chopped tomatoes and whole garlic cloves. Stir and add the potatoes.

Add salt and simmer over low heat until the liquid is reduced. Sprinkle portions and serve the quail warm.
