Required products :
1/2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon baking soda, baking powder, sugar (brown) and salt (preferably Himalayan)
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon water
4 teaspoons flour (amount is approximate)
Method of preparation :
Mix the yogurt and soda, then let the combination foam. Meanwhile, pour the flour into a bowl and add the baking powder, sugar, salt, vinegar and water. 5-10 minutes later add the milk with the soda and knead the dough.
Put it in a greased baking dish (maybe a pan). Spread it well and sprinkle with colored salt and raw sunflower seeds if desired.
Bake the bread until ready (about 40 minutes at 180 degrees are enough).
Note: After about 15 minutes from the beginning of baking (when the dough has already caught a light crust) it is good to make light cuts on the surface with a knife. This way the bread bakes better.
