Learn how to cook "Quick sourdough for bread with yogurt and bran". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 teaspoon natural yogurt (or kefir)
6 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon bran
Method of preparation :
Put the yoghurt in a suitable bowl and add the bran and 4 spoons of flour to it. Leave the mixture in a warm place for 24 hours. The next day, add the remaining flour and let the combination stay warm for another 24 hours, closing the container or covering it appropriately.
The next day the sourdough is ready and you can use it to knead delicious homemade breads, for example.
