Peel an onion and cut it into small cubes, chop the garlic finely, fry them until golden in the hot olive oil.
Put the tomatoes in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then peel and grate or grind with a blender.
Pour the broth into a saucepan, add the tomato puree and the fried garlic and onion. Let the soup simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Then add the spices, cream and stir. Two minutes later, boil the pan from the hob.
Serve the tomato cream soup with grated Parmesan cheese.
