How To Cook Radish Salad With Ham, Cucumber And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

1 round bread / loaf
100 grams of radish
200 grams of cream cheese or cheese sauce (can cream cheese)
100 grams of pickles
100 grams of fresh cucumbers
150 grams of ham
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
salt to taste


Method of preparation :

Carefully trim the bottom of the loaf. Coat the bread base with cream cheese and leave at room temperature while you prepare the vegetables.

Finely chop the fresh and pickled cucumbers and drain the liquid from the pickles. Mix them and store in the refrigerator.

Finely chop the ham and onion, mix them in a bowl and add the crushed garlic clove. Mix everything.

Chop the radishes into thin long strips and start "assembling" the salad.

Spread the cucumbers on the bread base spread with the cheese and cover with mayonnaise.
Then it's time for the ham, again cream cheese, level the surface and sprinkle with radish straws. Sprinkle with lemon juice and store the salad in the cold for 4-5 hours.

Decorate of your choice and submit.
