Chocolate and coffee. In the column of perfect combinations, this one is definitely near the top of the list. The use of hazelnuts in the base gives this recipe the taste of nutella - so rich and elegant.

Method of preparation:
Place the baking paper in a 20 cm round tray.
the basis:
Grind the hazelnuts and almonds in a food processor. Add the dates, coffee, cocoa and sea salt and blend until sticky. Pour and press the dough into the pan on baking paper and set aside.
coffee and chocolate marshes:
Blend cashews, coconut syrup, almond milk and coconut oil on high speed until smooth. Add the dates, espresso, cocoa, vanilla and salt and blend for a few more seconds. Pour the finished dough on the base and spread evenly. Leave the cake in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
The cake can be served frozen or thawed. Decorate as desired with melted chocolate, chopped hazelnuts and coffee beans.
