Learn how to cook "Rice casserole with chicken breast and mushrooms". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
300 grams of rice
2 sweet peppers
1 onion
2 tablespoons frozen green peas
600 milliliters of chicken broth
3 tablespoons olive oil
300 grams of chicken breast
200 grams of mushrooms
150 grams of sour cream
3 eggs
150 grams of yellow cheese
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Chop onions, mushrooms and peppers. Fry them separately.
Boil the rice in the broth or in salted water (for about 10 minutes), then wash it cold.
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, fry them, season with spices of your choice.
Mix vegetables, rice, mushrooms and meat, mix everything well.
Mix the cream, eggs and half of the yellow cheese (grated) and add the resulting sauce to the other products. Stir and pour into a greased pan. Sprinkle with the remaining grated yellow cheese and place the dish in the oven for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
The casserole is ready.
