Necessary products:

 

  • 15 leaves dock
  • 200 grams of rice
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk chopped green onion
  • 2-3 leaves of fresh mint
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  •  

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, clean the dock and scald it. Strain and cool the leaves. In a pan fry the two types of onions, add the rice, chopped fresh mint and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in the water and simmer over low heat until the liquid is reduced and cool the mixture.

 

Put a tablespoon of the stuffing on a dock and wrap it in sarma. Do the rest in the same way and arrange in a saucepan.

Press the surface with a small lid or plate, pour half a liter of water and boil the cabbage. Wait for them to cool, serve them and garnish with spices of your choice.
