How To Cook Rice Dumplings With Cinnamon And Apricot Syrup - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of rice
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 400 milliliters of water
  • 2 eggs
  • frying oil
  • apricot syrup for serving dumplings


Method of preparation :

Wash the rice, pour it into a bowl of hot water and cook until done. Then drain the liquid, rinse the beans and allow to cool.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until thick, in which add the sugar and other spices. Finally, pour the sifted flour with baking powder and rice.

Mix the products well and make small balls with wet hands. Fry them in a large amount of hot oil until they are covered with a golden crust.

Serve the finished dumplings with apricot syrup.
