Learn how to cook "Rice meatballs with mushrooms and green onions". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 - 2.5 teaspoons cooked rice
300 grams of fresh mushrooms
150 grams of grated yellow cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
3 raw eggs
7 - 8 tablespoons breadcrumbs
salt and spices to taste
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Season the cooked and cooled to room temperature rice with salt and spices, pour it into a bowl and add the chopped green onions and grated yellow cheese.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, pour them over the rice, then beat the eggs, add the breadcrumbs.
From the resulting minced meat with wet hands form meatballs, fry on both sides until golden in hot oil.
Serve with fresh vegetables, milk sauce with garlic or with an addition of your choice.
