Necessary products

For the pancakes:

  • 200 g of rice flour
  • 20 g potato starch
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 500 ml of fresh milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g butter
  • baking oil
  • pinch of salt

For the stuffing:

  • 200 g whole cottage cheese
  • 3 sec. l. sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 2 bananas

For the sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 sec. l. sour cream
  • 30 g butter

Method of preparation:

Mix the flour, starch, sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Pour the milk and stir. Add the eggs, melted butter and beat everything with a wire whisk. Bake a pancake from the dough. You can bake several and arrange them to form a grid of them.

Make the filling as follows: mix the cottage cheese, cream and condensed milk, spread the pancakes with this mixture. At the end of each of them put pieces of banana and roll a tight roll, which is then cut.

Make the sauce, mixing the products for it, heat until it becomes liquid. Pour over the rolls and serve.
