Learn how to cook "Rice with tomatoes, mushrooms and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1.5 cups of rice
3 tea cups of meat or mushroom broth
15 fresh mushrooms
3 - 4 tomatoes
100 grams of butter
4 tablespoons grated cheese
1 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
sweet corn on request
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash and clean the mushrooms, put them in boiling salted water for 20 - 25 minutes until soft. Then drain them from the water and cut into straws. If desired, you can use the broth.
Wash the rice and pour it into the hot meat or mushroom broth. Put half of the butter and let the rice boil.
Boil the tomatoes with boiling water and peel their skins. Cut the meat into cubes and fry in the remaining oil.
Pour the rice into pots, add the mushrooms, tomatoes, salt to taste and mix everything well. Close the dishes with lids and arrange in a pan with a little water so that the rice does not burn. Then place in the oven and let it cook for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished delicacy with grated yellow cheese, chopped parsley and serve hot. You can offer tomato sauce separately.
