Learn how to cook "Ricotta and basil dip with garlic and lemon". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
300 grams of ricotta
1 bunch basil
1 head garlic (or to your taste)
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation :
Put the ricotta in a blender, add the chopped basil, peeled garlic cloves, grated lemon peel and citrus juice. Beat everything until you get a
homogeneous paste.
The dip is ready. You can serve with vegetables or salty crackers.
