Required products :
800 grams of fresh lamb
a few stalks of tarragon
4 sprigs of rosemary
a few sprigs of dill
2 tablespoons honey
0.25 tea cup of mustard
1 tablespoon oil
salt and pepper to taste
sleeve / bag for baking
Method of preparation :
Wash, dry and cut the lamb into 4 portions. In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, oil, salt and pepper to taste. Leave the meat in the marinade for an hour at room temperature.
Wash and dry the grass. Remove the meat from the marinade (without drying), put sprigs of tarragon, dill and rosemary on each piece. Close in a baking bag and bake until done in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
