Necessary products:

  • 0.5 kg of pork fillet
  • 1 large onion
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 100 g of yellow cheese
  • 250 g cream mixed with green spices and garlic
  • 10 g of oil
  • salt, pepper and other spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

Cut the meat lengthwise into pieces about 2 cm thick, pound them and season with salt and pepper. Clean, wash and cut the mushrooms into large pieces and the onion into semicircles. Grease a pan with oil, put the pork, on it a layer of mushrooms to cover all the meat and onions on top. Drizzle all this with cream and garlic, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees and bake for 20-40 minutes until colorless juice begins to separate from the meat and you can easily pierce it with a fork.

 

Garnish with green herbs and serve with red wine.
