How To Cook Roast Pork Neck With Onions, Garlic And Peppers - Recipe

Required products :

2 kilograms of pork neck

4 - 5 peppers

2 onions

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 - 2 chili peppers

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

garlic to taste

spices - marjoram, paprika, cumin, chili, thyme

 

Method of preparation :

Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry it on all sides.

 

Put it in a suitable baking dish.

Cut the peppers into straws, fry them, add salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme.

 

Three minutes later, add the finely chopped onions, garlic and chili peppers.

 

After 8 - 10 minutes, pour 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar, add tomato paste and fry until golden brown.

 

 

Put the meat in the dish and cover it with the vegetables.

 

Pour water to cover the pork to the middle. Put a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of cumin in the water. Cover with a lid and place the dish in the oven at a temperature of 170 degrees. Let it cook for about 2 - 2.5 hours or until ready.

During this time, you can prepare a light yogurt sauce or skim sour cream with finely chopped parsley and a few mint leaves. Season it with a teaspoon of grated lemon peel, a few drops of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Stir and you will get a great addition to the fragrant and juicy meat that is baked in the oven.
