Method of preparation:
Halve the avocado and remove the nut. Season with salt, pepper and heat the grill. Roast the avocado and set aside.
In a bowl, place the coconut shavings, walnuts, basil, fenugreek, oregano and add the cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth.
Fill the grilled avocado, arrange on a plate and serve the plate decorated with sprigs of fresh basil.
