How To Cook Roasted Mushrooms Stuffed With Spinach, Bacon And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 5 crispy strips of fried bacon
  • 100 grams of fresh spinach
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 450 grams of large mushrooms
  • 120 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian cheese mixture
  • left
  • freshly ground black pepper

For decoration:

  • 1/4 tea cup Italian cheese
  • 2 strips crispy fried bacon, cut into small pieces

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Carefully wash the mushrooms, remove their feet. Dip the hats lightly in olive oil and leave for a while.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Put the spinach in the bowl. Once the leaves are almost ready, add chopped or crushed garlic to them. Then add the bacon and stir.

Let the mixture remain on the stove until the spinach is fully cooked. Then remove from the heat.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese with the breadcrumbs, the Italian cheese mix, the egg and season.

Combine the two fillings (spinach with bacon and cheese), stir.

Arrange the mushrooms in a greased pan, fill them with the mixture. Sprinkle with small pieces of bacon and a little Italian cheese.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
