Method of preparation:

  • 6 medium onions, with the peel
  • 2 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 fresh sprigs of rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon cooking cream

Method of preparation :

Cut both ends of the onion to clean it, then cut it in half - do not remove the peel. Arrange the onion slices in a pan with the cut side up. Drizzle with broth and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped rosemary leaves.

Bake for 1 hour at 220 degrees until the onion is cooked and the liquid is reduced. Then pour in the cream and bake until the sauce thickens and the onion turns brown, for about 30 minutes.
