How To Cook Roasted Pumpkin With Brown Sugar And Oatmeal - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted pumpkin with brown sugar and oatmeal". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • pumpkin about 1 kg
  • 2/3 tea cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Method of preparation :

Grease a large pan with oil, cut the pumpkin into thin slices and place them in a bowl.

Mix the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt, with 2/3 of the combination sprinkle the pumpkin.

Mix the rest with the flour and oatmeal. Add the butter and grind with your fingers to get crumbs.

Arrange the pumpkin in the pan and sprinkle each piece with the crumbs.

Bake until ready, and at the beginning of the process you can cover with foil, which you then remove.
