How To Cook Roasted Salmon With Garlic And White Wine - Recipe

Necessary products

  • one half of salmon (about 900 grams) cleaned and deboned
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tea glass of dry red wine
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tea cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place a large piece of foil on the bottom of the baking tray.

Take a small frying pan and melt the butter in it at a medium temperature. Add the garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the white wine, lemon juice and parsley.

Coat the foil with a little of the prepared mixture. Put the salmon on the foil. Pour the rest of the mixture over the salmon and spread it evenly to cover the fish well. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

Wrap the salmon in foil to cover it completely. Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven.

Remove the pan from the oven and open the foil to open the top of the fish. Increase the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is golden in color.

Serve the finished dish with lemon slices and your favorite salad. Enjoy your meal!
