How To Cook Roasted Sea Fish With Zucchini And Yellow Cheese Topping - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 grams of sea fish fillet (2 pieces)
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • spices for fish
  • 30 grams of yellow cheese
  • a little fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

 

Method of preparation :

Sprinkle the thawed fish fillet with appropriate spices, rub them into it and leave for a while.

 

While you wait for it to absorb the flavors and aromas, prepare the rest of the products for the dish.

Cut the zucchini into circles.

 

Arrange them in two rows (or as many pieces of fish) on greased parchment, overlapping them.

 

Grate the yellow cheese.

 

Finely chop the fresh dill.

 

Mix the two ingredients with the sour cream.

 

The filling is ready.

 

Put the fillet on the rows of zucchini.

 

Spread with the cream cheese mixture.

 

Place in the oven and after 15-17 minutes you will get a nice reddish coating, which is a sign that it's time to take the dish out and serve immediately.
