Required products :

  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 1 small apple, peeled and finely chopped
  • 800 grams of minced meat (mixture of pork and beef) 
  • a handful of sage leaves, cut + more to serve
  • 140 grams of breadcrumbs

Method of preparation :

Fry the onion in the oil for 5 minutes, add the apple and cook briefly. Cool, mix with minced meat, sage, breadcrumbs and spices to taste.

Form a roll, transfer to a greased pan and garnish with sage leaves. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until done, then cool, cut the roll into pieces and serve.
