Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 50 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • pepper
  • left

Method of preparation:

Beat one egg in the minced meat, season with salt, pepper and knead. Separate the egg white from the yolk of the second egg, cut the onion into cubes and fry it together with the breadcrumbs in the oil. Then mix with the minced meat, add the egg whites, season with salt and pepper, add parsley and stir. Cut the peppers into strips, mix them with the yellow cheese and the yolk.

Put the minced meat in a pan greased with oil, give it an oval shape, make a recess in the middle of it and put the mixture with the yellow cheese in it and roll it up. Make a few holes on the surface, put a piece of yellow cheese and sprinkle with cumin. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 170 degrees.
