  • 200 grams of Kefalotiri cheese, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • lemon slices for decoration and garnish

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour in a plate and roll each slice of cheese on both sides. Carefully remove excess. Heat the butter in a pan and fry until golden on both sides. Arrange on a plate and garnish with lemon slices. Garnish with their juice, cut and enjoy the taste with a drink of your choice.
