Required products :

200 grams of chicken fillet

100 grams of ham

100 grams of canned mushrooms

3 egg whites

3 potatoes

salt and pepper to taste

mayonnaise

 

For bird eggs:

3 egg yolks

melted cheese

dill to taste

mayonnaise

clove garlic

lettuce leaves

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs and chicken fillet. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin straws or grate, then fry on one side, turn on the other, but do not stir (or bake in the pan)

Chop the meat with your hands, cut the ham into straws, the mushrooms into tiles, grate the egg whites with a large grater.

Mix the chicken, ham, egg whites and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise.

To make the bird eggs, grate and combine the boiled yolks, melted cheese, add finely chopped dill, garlic, a little mayonnaise, mix everything and form balls of the mixture.

Put lettuce leaves on the bottom of a plate, spread the combination of chicken, mushrooms and ham, giving the shape of a nest, on it a potato layer, and in the middle arrange the bird eggs.

The salad is ready.
