How To Cook Salad Of Boiled Chicken Liver With Pickled Onions And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of chicken liver
  • 300-400 grams of canned peas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper (sweet)
  • 1 pickle
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  • dill
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar 9%
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 grains of allspice
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • a little sugar
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the chicken livers until ready, adding the bay leaf and allspice seeds to the water. Then drain the liquid and once the livers have cooled, cut them into pieces.

Cut onions into semicircles, add a little sugar (about 1/3 tablespoon), pepper, salt and pour vinegar. Stir and leave for 20 minutes.

Cut cherry tomatoes into circles, peppers and pickles - into straws, chop the dill, drain the liquid from the peas.

Combine in a large bowl or other container all the products you have prepared, pour the oil, stir and wait 10 minutes before serving.

You can serve the salad alone or with boiled potatoes or rice.
