Learn how to cook "Fried mushroom salad with ham and arugula". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
200 grams of mushrooms
200 grams of ham
1 bunch of arugula
1 bunch of green onions
2-3 tablespoons olive oil a
pinch of ground red pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste a
little oil
Method of preparation :
Cut the ham into thin pieces and lightly fry on both sides in hot oil. Wash and dry the arugula, chop the green onions finely.
Cut the mushrooms into plates, fry them in olive oil for 5-7 minutes, the liquid should evaporate. At the end of cooking, add green onions, season with salt and other spices to taste, stir.
Put the arugula leaves in a wide flat dish, on them - the ham, and finally - the mushrooms (chilled).
The salad is ready.
