Necessary ingredients

  • 300 grams of roasted red peppers in oil (maybe from a jar)
  • 175 grams of roasted artichokes (maybe from a jar)
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation

Drain and finely chop the red peppers and artichokes. Put them in a large enough bowl and mix well.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the vinegar and basil leaves and mix again. If necessary, add a little oil.

The finished salad can be served with a little boiled couscous on the side. Enjoy your meal!
