Required products :

150 grams marinated mushrooms
1 medium beet
1 carrot
1 marinated herring
1 egg
mayonnaise to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel a beet, boil it, then grate it, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and add mayonnaise as desired.

 

Prepare carrots in the same way.

 

Eggs too: boil, peel, grate and season with spices and mayonnaise.

 

Cut the marinated mushrooms into small pieces.

 

Cut the fish into cubes.
