Learn how to cook "Salad with spinach, chicken and caramelized walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

For the dressing:

  • 1/3 tea cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tea cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coarse mustard
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder

For the salad:

  • 250 grams of chicken breast
  • 150 grams of baby spinach
  • 200 grams of strawberries - sliced
  • 1 cup caramelized walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon feta cheese
  • 1/3 tea cup red onion - cut into thin crescents

Method of preparation :

To begin, prepare the dressing - put olive oil, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, honey, season with salt, pepper and 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder in a small jar with a lid.

Shake vigorously until all products are well mixed. Store in the refrigerator until you start flavoring the salad.

Grease the chicken breasts with olive oil and season to taste. Wrap them in aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Optionally, instead of roasting the meat, you can grill it or grill it. Cut the finished meat into chunks.

Put spinach on the bottom of a large bowl, arrange strawberries, meat, caramelized walnuts, red onions on top and sprinkle with feta cheese.

Remove the dressing from the refrigerator and shake it, then pour plenty of salad. Stir and serve.
