How To Cook Salmon Fillet In Honey-soy Marinade With Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg salmon fillet (with skin)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • a piece of ginger root
  • a few cloves of garlic

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the garlic and ginger and chop finely, mix them and add the soy sauce and honey to them.

 

Wash and cut the fillets into portions, put them in the marinade with the skin facing up. Leave for an hour.

 

Cut pieces of foil according to the number of portions of fish, the size should be enough to wrap each fillet. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

Remove the fish from the sauce and place on the foil, lifting the edges. Pour 1 tablespoon of the liquid into each "pocket" and wrap the fish tightly.

 

Arrange the packets in a pan and bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.

 

Then remove the foil and bake the fillet for another 10 minutes without coating to redden the surface.
