Learn how to cook "Salmon in milk sauce with a mix of vegetables". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
6 stacks of salmon
100 grams of cooking cream
200 grams of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of fish seasoning
300 grams of assorted vegetables (for example: peas, broccoli, carrots)
1/4 lemon
olive oil
Method of preparation :
Wash and dry the fish, then smear it with lemon juice and season.
Mix the cream with the yoghurt.
Cover the bottom of the pan with foil and grease with olive oil. Put the salmon and pour the sauce over it.
Fill the gaps between the steaks with the vegetables and cover everything with foil.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then remove the coating and let the dish bake for another 10 minutes.
