How To Cook Salmon In Soy Sauce With Ginger And Roasted Leek - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salmon in soy sauce with ginger and roasted leeks". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

2 pieces of salmon fillet

1 stalk of leek

a pinch of dried ginger

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix in a bowl the soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the ginger and a pinch of salt.

 

Marinate the fish in the resulting sauce for at least an hour.

 

Cut the leek into large pieces and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes. Be careful not to burn.

 

Pour the remaining olive oil into a pan and add the salmon. After two minutes, turn on the other side, add the marinade and let the fish cook for a few more minutes.

Serve the dish with sauce and roasted leeks, season with salt and pepper.
