Necessary products:

  • 200 grams of fat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 grams of fresh milk
  • 20 grams of yeast for bread
  • 600 grams of flour
  • 200 grams of cheese
  • pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

Dissolve the yeast in a little milk. Add sugar, salt, flour and leave to rise. Put the egg, the fat (melted), the rest of the milk, the fermented yeast in the flour and knead the dough, from which balls are formed. Then, the balls are rolled to a thickness of ½ cm, cut into 8 parts (triangles). Put grated cheese mixed with egg in each triangle. Form buns and bake in a moderate oven.
