How To Cook Salty Chicken Cake With Carrots And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of chicken fillet
  • onion head
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 300 grams of Korean carrots
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • suitable spices to taste


Method of preparation :

Grind the chicken fillet together with the onion head using a blender. Add the milk, eggs, spices to taste and flour to the minced meat.

Thoroughly mix the products and bake pancakes from the dough (over medium heat). Put the mixture with a spoon in the pan and quickly level the surface. You need 4 marshmallows baked on both sides.

Arrange them on top of each other, placing the Korean carrots between them and lightly pressing each pancake to the previous one.

Sprinkle the latter with grated yellow cheese and decorate the cake of your choice.

Leave it to stand for half an hour and then serve.
