How To Cook Salty Eclairs Stuffed With Mushrooms And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 2 teaspoons warm water
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 8-9 eggs

For the stuffing:

  • 800 grams of mushrooms of your choice
  • 2 onions
  • 150 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 300 grams of melted cheese
  • 50 grams of butter
  • spices to taste
  • 2 eggs

 

Method of preparation :

To the two teaspoons of warm water add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, butter and bring the mixture to a boil. Then pour the flour into it and mix thoroughly. After a minute of boiling, stirring constantly, remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool. When it cools down a bit, beat the eggs two by two, stirring after each addition.

 

Keep stirring until the dough is sticky.

 

Put a sheet of parchment in a pan, spread and spread the dough in the bowl, shaping the eclairs with a pastry syringe or use a spoon to scoop the mixture.

Bake for 15-20 minutes on medium heat, do not open the oven during this time.

 

When the eclairs are ready, start filling.

Cut onions and mushrooms, fry them in butter. Season and pour the cream. Two or three minutes later, add the melted cheese, wait for it to melt. Stir and add the beaten eggs.
