Required products :
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon goat cheese
- 2 teaspoons stewed kale (or spinach)
- 2 tablespoons cooked mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon roasted beets
Method of preparation :
Cut the beets into thin small squares. Mix them with goat cheese.
Spread the cheese on the two slices of bread.
Place the mushrooms cooked in the butter on top of one of the kale (squeeze it well with your hands to separate the water from it) and close the sandwich.
