How To Cook Sauerkraut Casserole With Potatoes And Eggs - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Sauerkraut casserole with potatoes and eggs". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

500 grams of sauerkraut
2-3 potatoes
1 onion
2 eggs
oil to spread the form and to fry the onion
black pepper and salt to taste
red pepper and thyme to decorate and to flavor

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, cut it into small cubes. Stew it in a little oil until soft.

When this happens, add the chopped sauerkraut, but drain the liquid first.

If the latter is very acidic, rinse with pre-clean water.

Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, grate them and mix with the eggs. Season to taste, be careful with salt, because cabbage is salty.

Combine the two combinations and distribute evenly in an oiled form. Sprinkle with paprika and thyme and bake the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown (about 25-30 minutes are enough).

Enjoy your meal!
