Required products :

200 grams of butter
250 milliliters of light beer
3.5-4 cups of
sesame flour for sprinkling

1 teaspoon soluble chicory extract for spreading
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons water

Method of preparation :

Grate the butter on part of the flour.

 

Grind with your hand ds and then add the remaining flour.

 

Stir.

 

Pour the beer.

 

Knead the dough, put it in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

 

Pour 2 tablespoons of water into a small glass and dissolve the chicory and sugar in it.

 

When you take the dough out of the fridge, roll it out thinly and spread the resulting sweet mixture on the surface.

 

Then sprinkle with salt, sesame seeds. You can use curry or other favorite spices.

 

Slightly roll a rolling pin on the surface so that the seeds can enter the dough a little.

Cut into strips. If you have a corrugated knife or other interesting cutting shape, use them.

 

Arrange the finished strips in a pan, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment, and bake in the oven until golden.
